These Terms govern the use of the website vostok.probotest.ru (the Website), owned by Vostochny Okean LLC (the Company). By using the Website, a visitor confirms that they have read these Terms and accept them.
1. Purpose of the Website
The Website contains information about the Company, a catalog of chemical products and laboratory equipment, scientific materials, and allows organizations to place orders. The Website is intended for legal entities and sole proprietors purchasing products for professional use.
2. Product and price information
Information about products, including descriptions, specifications and prices, is provided for information only and does not constitute a public offer. Availability, delivery time and the final price are confirmed by a Company manager when the order is processed. The Company may change its range and prices without prior notice.
3. Registration and company verification
Prices for chemical reagents and the ability to place orders become available after an organization has registered and been verified. The user undertakes to provide accurate information and documents and confirms that they are authorized to act on behalf of the organization. The Company may refuse verification or withdraw access previously granted if the information is inaccurate or raises reasonable doubts, or if the products are requested for purposes contrary to the law.
The user is responsible for keeping their username and password safe. All actions performed using their account are deemed to have been performed by them.
4. Special rules for chemical products
Certain items in the catalog are precursors of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and are supplied in compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. By purchasing such products, the buyer confirms that they will be used for lawful purposes, that proper storage and transport conditions will be provided, and that the buyer is responsible for any further handling of the products.
5. Orders and payment
An order placed on the Website is a request for supply. The contract is deemed concluded once the Company has confirmed the order and issued an invoice. Payment is made by bank transfer against an invoice. Delivery terms and dates are agreed with a manager.
6. Intellectual property
The texts, images and design of the Website, as well as its scientific and reference materials, are protected by intellectual property law. Copying, publication and any other use of the materials without the written permission of the Company are not allowed. Quotation is permitted provided a reference to the Website is given.
7. Liability
The Company makes reasonable efforts to keep the Website operational but does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not liable for losses caused by technical failures, the actions of telecom providers or force majeure. The reference and scientific materials on the Website are for information only and do not replace the professional judgment of a specialist.
8. Personal data
Personal data is processed as described in the Personal Data Processing Policy.
9. Amendments and dispute resolution
The Company may amend these Terms by publishing a new version on this page. Disputes are settled through negotiation, and failing agreement, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation at the location of the Company.
